The best way to get to Cape Cod is by car, and you will definitely want one while there (the Cape hasn't quite got the memo on ubers yet). If driving, unless sitting in traffic is your absolute favorite pass time, leave early. Traffic is heavy on Friday nights and Saturday morning/afternoon.

There are only 2 bridges to get onto Cape Cod, and traffic can back up quite a bit at busy times.
